We’ve partnered with Lighthouse Payment Services to offer Lockbox, an automated payment processing solution for our Business and Cash Management clients.
Lockbox collects and processes payments, on behalf of your business, through a dedicated P.O. Box. Those funds are then deposited into your selected business or cash management account.
Lockbox reduces in-house processing. All items are processed the same day they are received, and web access to all transaction data and images is available in real time.
Lockbox services include:
- Processing of documents from check size to legal size.
- Daily PDFs of scanned documents.
- Online storage of images for up to seven years.
