A Note to Customers: We continue to follow state and local recommendations and adjust branch hours and safety protocols accordingly. Effective Tuesday, Nov. 24, we will serve clients through our drive-up windows and those needing lobby access will need to make an appointment with their branch location directly. Our branch drive-up windows will be open from 8AM – 4PM Monday through Thursday, open from 8AM – 5PM on Friday, and open Saturdays from 8:30AM – 2PM (with the exception of North Falmouth).

We have Technology Ambassadors in each branch who can help customers to setup online/mobile banking, address any technology issues, or answer any questions. Simply contact your nearest branch location and schedule an appointment. As always if you have an urgent banking service need, please contact our Customer Assistance Center or your branch location.
