Shanika Rogowski is the Chief Residential Lending Officer at The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod. In her role as CRL Officer, she leads The Coop’s Mortgage Lending team to provide a plethora of financing options to homeowners.
Shanika has over 25 years of banking experience, specializing in Leadership, Executive Management, Residential & Consumer Lending, Sales and Service. Shanika brings a balanced strategic approach drawing from her experiences at a large fortune 500 bank and small to mid-size Community Banks.
Shanika is a graduate of Babson College, completing both the New England School for Financial Studies Program and Leadership in Banking Program. She is also a certified Sales Leader. Shanika makes volunteering in the community a priority in her life, having volunteered with organizations such as; Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics, Relay for Life, Mass Bankers Women in Banking Advisory Board, and working with Chambers of Commerce to promote business collaboration within our communities.
Shanika is a native of Oregon, however after living in Massachusetts more than 20 years, she happily calls Mansfield, MA her home and Cape Cod her home away from home. She loves spending free time with her partner and two children exploring new places, playing golf, reading, and practicing mindfulness and yoga.
