The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod announces winners of the “POSITIVELY DIFFERENT Video Contest”

The votes are in and the grand prize winners in The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod’s POSITIVELY DIFFERENT Video Contest have been selected!  The nine winners will each receive a check for $900 from the bank for demonstrating their creativity, video prowess and overall love for Cape Cod.

The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod launched the contest in October as part of its milestone 90thAnniversary Celebration.  Entrants were invited to submit brief (up to ninety-second), creative videos showcasing what they think makes the Cape “positively different”.  They were encouraged to be creative, have fun and spotlight what makes the Cape special to them.

A team of local judges pared down the fifty-two entries to twenty semi-finalists based on overall appeal, production value, creative use of the “positively different” theme, and connection to Cape Cod. The grand prize winners were selected through online community voting over the past two weeks. The bank will host an awards ceremony for the winners in mid-February.

All of the winning videos can be viewed on the bank’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/mycapecodbank.
