The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod today announced the expansion of its residential lending team to further accommodate the region’s robust real estate market.

The bank has hired Mary Catherine McGreevy and promoted Jessica Terry to the positions of Residential Mortgage Loan Officer, while Kathy Phillips joins the bank as a Home Equity Specialist.

“The Cape Cod real estate market continues to be strong as we begin our recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Lisa Oliver, President and CEO of The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod. “With their experience and strong ties to the community, Mary Catherine, Jessica and Kathy will perfectly complement The Coop’s outstanding team of residential lending professionals. The addition of these three exceptional women to leadership roles within the organization reinforces The Coop’s commitment to be the lender of choice on Cape Cod and surrounding communities.”

Jessica joined The Coop nearly 20 years ago as a teller and has been promoted to several positions of increased responsibility, most recently serving as Home Equity Loan Officer. She studied at Cape Cod Community College and is an active volunteer the United Way, Meals on Wheels, and Katelynn’s Closet, a 501c3 nonprofit that provides clothing to children in need on Cape Cod and the Islands.

Mary previously served as a loan officer at Citizens Bank, where she led the region in key performance metrics. A licensed real estate agent with an extensive background in social work, she holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology from University of Massachusetts Boston.

Kathy brings more than three decades of residential and commercial lending experience at mid- to large-size banks and mortgage companies, including Digital Federal Credit Union, to her new position at The Coop. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration/management from Western New England College.
