HYANNIS, MASSACHUSETTS, June 22, 2010… Joel G. Ms. DeRosa-Lotane was most recently employed as Vice President of Residential Lending with Eastern Bank (formerly Plymouth Savings) where she started in 1990. She has been employed in mortgage lending for more than 26 years.
Ms. DeRosa-Lotane attended Boston State College and has devoted considerable time and energy educating the local Cape Cod community with the Housing Assistance Corp. The Housing Assistance Corporation delivers housing and employment services that help Cape and Islands residents secure homes that are safe, stable and healthy. They work to build a strong, healthy and diverse community and are guided by a deep respect for their clients, colleagues and the planet we share.
Ms. DeRosa-Lotane is a resident of Yarmouth and has been an active participant of the Rotary Club, supporting many community events on the Cape. She lives with her husband Michael who is a Real Estate Salesperson with Today Real Estate, her three daughters; Emily, Jill and Becca; and her son Patrick. Patti will be working from her office in the Sandwich branch and will cover the areas of Sandwich, Bourne, Falmouth, Mashpee and Plymouth.
