The enhanced alerts from The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod are now available in eBusinessBanker. These enhancements will let you know the moment something important happens in your business accounts.  With alerts, you will always know exactly what is happening with your money, and you can watch for suspicious activity.

You can choose from dozens of account activity alerts such as:

  • A purchase using your debit card was processed.
    You instantly know.
  • A check clears that exceeds the amount you set.
    You instantly know.
  • A transaction is above a set threshold.
    You instantly know.

Messages are sent instantly using any of the delivery channels you choose:

  • Text Messages – One of the easiest ways to receive alerts is through text messages on your smartphone¹, or wearable devices.
  • Email – Receive email messages about your account activity.
  • eBusinessBanker Message Center – View alerts every time you log on to eBusinessBanker.

Setting up alerts just takes moments and it’s free.

Enrollment For eBusinessBanker Users:

  1. Log on to eBusinessBanker. Click “Enroll” in the Alerts area on the homepage.
  2. Enter your preferred contact methods (email, text).
  3. Click each category in “Alert Options” to view the list of available alerts and select the alerts you want to receive.
  4. Select how you would like to receive the alerts (Secure inbox, Email, or Text), and select Save.

You’ll receive a message the moment any of your alerts are triggered. It’s that simple.
